For Dough: Yeast, sugar, salt, yogurt, olive oil, water. For stuffing: mixed peppers, onion, beef fat, parsley, Hawawshi spice mix, salt, black pepper, garlic and chopped tomatoes. Cheese to top it.
Mix all the ingredients and add water as per needed to knead a soft dough. Let it rest aside.
Gather all ingredients of the stuffing and mix well in a bowl.
Flatten the stuffing on a plastic foil in a circle and put it aside in the fridge.
Take the dough, cut it in balls rest it for 20 mins and then flatten out two round sheets.
Lay the mixture on the top of one of the layer dough and cover it with another rolled out piece.
Poke holes in it and put it in the oven to bake for 25 mins at 350 degree F.
Finally top it with mix cheese and bake it again till its melted and golden.
Now cut pieces and devour it while its hot.
