1.5 tbsp of mustard seeds 2 tsp of poppy seeds 2-3 pieces of coconut / 7-8 cashews 4-5 green chillies 2-3 tbsp of yoghurt / thick curd 1 tsp of turmeric powder 1 tbsp of mustard oil 150 g of paneer Salt as per taste 2-3 tbsp of water

First, blend mustard seeds, poppy seeds and cashews to make a coarse powder.

Then, mix this powder with curd, turmeric powder and a little salt and whisk well.

Then, pour mustard oil and green chillies to it.

Then, add chopped paneer or tofu pieces and mix it well with sauce and make sure it's marinated well. You can add a little water to adjust the consistency.

Finally, steam this in a steel vessel for 15 to 20 minutes and your Paneer Bhapa in ready!
