1 cabbage 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp of garam masala powder 1 tsp of salt 1 tbsp of chopped green chillies 3 tbsp of maida 3 tbsp of cornflour 2 tbsp of garlic 3 green chillies 1 onion 1 capsicum 1 tsp salt 1 tbs pepper 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce 3 tbsp of corn flour slurry

First, chop the cabbage into small pieces.

Add the spice powders, ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies into the bowl with chopped cabbage. Mix well.

Then, add corn flour and maida into the mixture. Shape the mixture into cabbage balls.

Deep fry the cabbage balls and keep them aside.

Make a base semi-dry gravy by sautéing chopped onions and veggies and later adding the tomato and soy sauces and corn flour slurry.
