Cabbage Manchurian, Anyone?

pure__recipes AKA Neha shared a delicious recipe for Cabbage Manchurian and it is better than Gobi Manchurian.

Ingredients 

1 cabbage 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp of garam masala powder 1 tsp of salt 1 tbsp of chopped green chillies 3 tbsp of maida 3 tbsp of cornflour 2 tbsp of garlic 3 green chillies 1 onion 1 capsicum 1 tsp salt 1 tbs pepper 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce 3 tbsp of corn flour slurry

Step 1 

First, chop the cabbage into small pieces.

Add the spice powders, ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies into the bowl with chopped cabbage. Mix well.

Step 2

Then, add corn flour and maida into the mixture. Shape the mixture into cabbage balls.

Step 3

Deep fry the cabbage balls and keep them aside.

Step 4

Make a base semi-dry gravy by sautéing chopped onions and veggies and later adding the tomato and soy sauces and corn flour slurry.

Step 5

Finally, add the fried cabbage balls and mix well. Your Cabbage Manchurian is ready!
