1 tbsp of ghee 1/2 tsp of each cumin, fennel, mustard seeds 6-8 curry leaves 2 green chillies 2 red chillies 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp of coriander powder 1/2 tsp of chilli powder 1/2 tsp of kasoori methi (optional) 1 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt 1/2 tsp of turmeric Salt and sugar to taste 4-6 papads

First, add ghee to a pan and fry the chillies, curry leaves and the spice seeds.

Then, pour the ginger-garlic paste and cook till its light brown. Next, add the powdered spices.

In a bowl, whisk together, yoghurt, water and salt and sugar.

Pour the spiced yoghurt into a pan and keep whisking on low heat.

Roast your papad and crack them into the curry. Cook for a minute before serving.
