Sushila FTW!

Sushila is a delicious snack from Karnataka that you can bring together in no time with this easy recipe by chef Neha Deepak Shah. 

Ingredients

Kurmura Hing 4-5 curry leaves Peanuts Oil 1 onion 1-2 green chillies Salt Turmeric Water Coriander leaves Lemon Sugar/Jaggery 

Here’s How To Make Sushila 

1. Take some oil in a pan and add a pinch of hing to it. 2. Add 4-5 curry leaves and a handful of peanuts to it and let them roast. 

Follow These Steps 

3. Add chopped onions, 1-2 green chillies, and a pinch of turmeric. 4. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 

Soak The Kurmura 

5. Soak the kurmura in water and take it out immediately. 

Continue Following These Steps 

6. Now, add the soaked kurmura to the pan along with some chopped coriander and mix it well.

Almost There 

7. Finally, add salt to taste and squeeze in some lemon juice. 8. Add a dash of jaggery on top.
