250g of jumbo prawns ( peeled and deveined) 1/4 tsp of Garlic granules 1/4 tsp of onion granules 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp of mixed herbs 1/4 cup of corn flour 1 large egg white 1 cup pf Panko breadcrumbs 2 tbsp of Grated Parmesan 1 tsp of Chilli flakes

First, add the prawns with the seasonings into a bowl and mix well to make sure the prawns and well coated.

Then, dip the prawns in the cornflour, then egg and finally coat it with the panko crumb mixture (with bread crumbs,. parmesan, chilli flakes and salt). Repeat this process.

Next, spray the airfryer with some oil. Then, place the coated prawns on the airfryer tray making sure there is enough space between them.

Spray the prawns with oil again and cook them for 8 minutes at 180°C.

Once the prawns are crisp, remove them from the airfryer and eat them hot with a dip. Enjoy your Chilli Parmesan Prawns.
