• Start by heating some oil in a pan. Add hing, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder.

• Stir all the ingredients well and add boiled black chana. Mix and cook well and add some salt, kasuri methi, and very little water.

• Once the water reduces, serve the cooked chana on a plate and add some chopped onions, boiled potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, black salt, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and coriander leaves.
