Digital creator Megha Mahindroo (@plumsandpickle) took to Instagram to share a Cheesy Nachos recipe using leftover rotis.
4-6 leftover rotis Peri peri masala Salt Oil Boiled rajma Bell peppers Corn Olives Cheese Chilli flakes Oregano
1. Cut the rotis into a triangular shape. 2. Drizzle with some oil, salt to taste, and peri peri masala.
3. Airfry at 160° for 5-6 mins till they become crispy.
4. Top it with boiled rajma, bell peppers, corn, olives, cheese, chilli flakes, and oregano.
5. Airfry it again for 5 minutes.
And that’s it! Your Cheesy Nachos made from roti are ready to be served and enjoyed!
