No-Maida Sandwiches

Ingredients 

1 cup of quinoa (soaked for 4-5 hrs) 1/2 cup of mixed Moong dal and 1/2 cup of urad dal ( soaked for 4-5 hrs) 1 tsp of Methi/ fenugreek seeds (soaked for 4-5 hrs) Salt to taste 100 ml of water 1 medium onion (finely chopped) 1 small capsicum (finely chopped) 1 small carrot (finely chopped) ⁠1 tbsp of Parsley/ coriander (finely chopped) 1/4 cup of crumbled paneer ⁠Salt to taste ⁠Red chilli flakes Oregano Oil to cook

Step 1 

First, blend the soaked dal, quinoa and methi with small amount of water to make a smooth batter.

Let this batter ferment overnight. Next morning, add salt and mix well.

Step 2

Take a bowl and add the finely chopped veggiesand crumbled paneer into it with the spices and keep this filling aside.

Step 3

Then, oil the toaster and add a ladle of quinoa dal batter into it. Then, add the filling on the top and cover it with another ladle of batter.

Step 4

Let it cook on medium flame till it's golden brown on both sides. Your Quinoa Paneer Sandwich is ready! Cut into halves and enjoy with green chutney.
