-Bajra Flour -Curd -Spinach leaves -Water -Salt -Cumin seeds -Oil -Urad dal -Curry leaves -Baking soda

First, mix curd in bajra flour and keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, blanch the cleaned spinach leaves in boiling water with salt.

Shock the spinach leave in cold water and blend it into a fine paste.

Add the spinach puree into the curd-bajra batter. Then, add cumin seeds, salt, baking soda and a tadka made of curry leaves and urad dal. Mix well.
