Make a dough with maida, ajwain, salt, ghee and litte water and keep it aside.

Add the green peas into a blender and make a paste for the filling.

Then, roast the spices and spice powder in hot oil, then add the blended pea mixture,. besan and some salt. Your filling is ready.

Roll the prepared dough, cold it into layers like a parcel and roll it again using a rolling pin.

Next, roll the dough balls with your hand to make small rolls and cut them into a half.

Take each layered dough ball, roll it, stuff it with the pea filling and seal it. Do the same with all the layered dough balls.
