Malai Broccoli, Anyone?

Ingredients 

1 head of broccoli (cut into bite-sized florets) 1/4 cup of cashews ( soaked in hot water for 15 minutes) 2 green chili 1 inch ginger 2 cubes processed cheese 2 tablespoons water 1 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons fresh cream pinch of kasuri methi (crumbled dried fenugreek leaves) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder (cumin powder) 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon black salt 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Step 1 

First, cut the broccoli into florets and place them in boiling hot water to bring out the colour. Set them aside once they soften.

To a blender, add soaked cashews, green chillies, ginger, processed cheese and water and make a fine paste.

Step 2

Add the fine paste into a bowl with mayonnaise, kasuri methi, pepper, garam masala, salt jeera powder and coriander powder.

Step 3

Add your broccoli into the malai sauce and let the sauce coat the florets well.

Air fry the broccoli and your Malai Broccoli is ready! Serve with malai sauce.
