- 200g of paneer - 1 tbsp of ghee - Salt & black pepper (to taste) - ¼ cup of peanuts - Handful of fresh coriander - 3-4 green chilies - 1-inch of ginger (chopped) - 1 cup of curd (room temp) - 1 tsp of amchur powder - 1 cup of water - Fresh curry leaves (for garnish)

In a pan, brush ghee and roast paneer cubes in it. Sprinkle salt and black pepper until the paneer pieces turn golden on both sides.

Keep the paneer aside and in the same pan, roast peanuts until they are aromatic.

Add the roasted ingredients, curd and amchur powder together to make a smooth paste.

Transfer this blended gravy into a pan, add water and salt and cook this until it's thickened.
