Bakwan Jagung are Indonesian-style corn fritters that are crunchy and perfect for the monsoon season.

Ingredients 

2 red chillies 1 cup boiled corn Spring onions 1 onion Kaffir lime leaves ½ cup green onions 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp maida 1 egg/water   Sesame seeds 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped

Step 1

1. Chop all the vegetables and  add it to a bowl.

Step 2

2. Add some salt and sesame seeds. 3. Mix everything well. 

Step 3

4. Now, add chopped garlic, maida,  and egg/water. 5. Bring the batter together. 

Step 4

6. Make small balls and deep fry till golden brown. 

Serve Hot & Enjoy

Take them off the heat, serve hot with a choice of dip, and enjoy!
