-Green peas (boiled) - Potato (boiled) -Onions -Tomato -Green chillies - Garlic -Ginger -Cinnamon -Fennel Seeds -Coriander leaves -Mint leaves -Oil -Turmeric powder -Chilli powder -Coriander powder -Jeera powder -Chaat masala -Carrot -Lemon Juice -Sev

First, boil soaked green peas and potatoes with a little salt. And mash it when done.

For the masala, grind onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic, ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, fennel seeds and cinnamon.

Then, add the masala in a pan with hot oil and keep stirring it till the oil releases.

Next, add the spice powders and the boiled matar and potato. Keep stirring to get a thick consistency.

Assemble the dish! First crush puris on a plate. Then add the matar gravy. Top with chopped veggies and sev. Your Masala Puri is ready!
