- 6 eggs - 1/2 cup of besan - 1/4 cup of rice flour - salt - 1/4 tsp of turmeric - red chilli powder - 1/2 to 3/4 tsp of coriander powder - 1/4 tsp of cumin powder - 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste (optional) - green chillies, finely chopped - coriander leaves - water - oil for frying

Boil the eggs and once they cool down, then remove the shell.

Make a batter with besan, rice flour, spice powder, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, salt and a little water.
