For this exciting Sunday Brunch episode, we were with Nitin Gadkari at his Delhi. The Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India shared an easy recipe for thecha, a Maharashtrian condiment, with us. Follow to make it.

1. Coriander leaves 2. Green chillies 3. Garlic 4. Khopra or desiccated white flesh of the coconut 5. Lemon juice 6. Sugar 7. Salt

Step 1: Take equal parts of coriander leaves and garlic along with loads of green chillies. Slit open the chillies.

Now, slightly roast all the three main ingredients in a pan. Then, let it cool for a few minutes.

You can either chop them up into small pieces or crush them with the help of a mortar and pestle.

Take it out in a bowl and add lemon juice, sugar and salt, according to taste.

Mix well and voila, you just made Nitin Gadkari’s special thecha at home!
