8-10 raspberries 1 tbsp caster sugar 1 tbsp matcha powder ⅓ cup hot water ½ cup milk of choice Ice 2 tbsp cocoa powder 3 tbsp fresh cream 1 tsp honey

1. Take raspberries in a bowl, add some sugar and a splash of water. 2. Mash them together.
3. Sift the matcha into a bowl and add hot water. 4. Whisk till it's frothy.
5. For the sweet cream, combine fresh cream with cocoa powder and honey. 6. Using a coffee frother, mix it well.
7. Pour the raspberry mix into a glass and top with lots of ice.
8. Next, add the matcha mix and milk.
9. Finally, top it up with the cocoa cream and enjoy!
