Hack For Perfect Sweet Potatoes

Chef Rupam Sehtya (@cookwithrupamsehtya) took to Instagram to share an easy cooking  hack that will help you avoid soggy  sweet potatoes.

Step 1

1. To begin with, she suggests brushing the pressure cooker with some oil.

2. Then, put the sweet potatoes inside and turn the flame to low.

3. Next, add one damp cotton cloth  on top. Make sure it is damp  and not soaking wet.

4. Add another layer of damp cotton cloth over the previous one.

5. Close the pressure cooker lid and  let the sweet potatoes cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

Open the cooker lid, carefully remove  the cotton cloth and voila, your  perfectly cooked shakarkandi is  ready to be devoured.
