-Arbi or taro root -Tomatoes -Garlic -Onion -Green chillies -Salt -Mustard oil -Coriander

Boil arbi or tarot root in a pressure cooker for two whistles on medium flame.

On an open flame, roast tomatoes, green chillies and garlic and let the ingredients cool down.

Add roasted garlic and green chillies into a mortar and use a pestle to crush it.

Later, add the boiled arbi and tomatoes and crush it too.

Finally, add salt, chopped raw onions, mustard oil and coriander and give it a good mix. Your Arbi Tamatar Chokha is ready! Enjoy with rotis or rice.
