If you love the heavenly flavours of biryani, you must recreate Chef Aruna Vijay's Biryani Cheese Fondue recipe at home. It is easy to make and simply too good to resist.

• 1/2 tbsp butter • 1 tsp chopped garlic • 1 chopped onion • 1 tsp all-purpose flour • 1 tsp biryani masala • 3/4 cup milk • 1/4 cup processed cheese • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese • 1/8 cup fresh cream • A few saffron strands • Birista • Chopped carrots • Chopped cucumber • Croutons • Crackers

• Start by heating butter in a pan and sauteing garlic and onion. Cook till chopped pieces turn light golden.

• Next, add flour to the sauteed veggies and mix well. Add biryani masala as well.

• In the next step, add milk, processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh cream, saffron strands, and salt.

• Cook for a couple of minutes till you notice bubbles on top.

Pour freshly made Biryani Cheese Fondue on a stand and garnish with birista and saffron strands. Relish it with carrots, cucumber, crackers, and croutons.
