• 6-7 rice paper sheets • Mozzarella cheese • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1/4 inch finely chopped ginger • 3 minced garlic cloves • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp brown sugar • 2 tbsp gochujang • 1 stock cube • 1/2 cup water • Chopped green onions • Sesame seeds

• Start the preparation by cutting a block of fresh mozzarella cheese into sticks.
• Soak each rice paper sheet in water for about 30 seconds. Next, wrap each cheese stick in each soaked rice paper and roll them nicely.

• Take a bowl and mix sesame oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, stock cube, and water.

• Pour the flavourful sauce into a heated pan and cook until it thickens. Add rice paper-wrapped cheese slices and toss them for a few minutes.
