1 cup of chickpeas ( soak overnight) 1/2 cup of parsley 2 green chillies 1 tsp of cumin seeds 2-3 garlic cloves 1/2 onion Salt and pepper to taste For Yoghurt Sauce 1/2 cup of hung curd Salt and pepper 1/2 tsp of garlic paste 1 tbsp of olive oil 1/2 tsp of lemon juice 1 tbsp of chopped parsley Chopped onion Choped tomatoes

Blend overnight soaked Kabuli channa, green chillies, parsley, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, chopped onion salt and pepper to form a thick coarse paste.

Roast a roti over the tawa like you usually do.

Then, spread the freshly made falafal paste over the roti as it's cooking on the tawa and flip it.

Then, add the garlic yoghurt sauce to the falafal roti by blending together the ingredients mentioned.
