Vaishali AKA mynutritionpalette shared a recipe for Moringa Soup or Drumstick Soup. Moringa was advocated by PM Modi and Smriti Irani for its health benefits.
- 1 tbsp oil - 6-7 garlic cloves (minced) -Drumsticks -200g tofu -Onion -Beans -Carrots -Green Bell Peppers -Salt -Black Pepper -Mixed Herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)

First, pressure cook the drumsticks till they soften. Then, extract pulp and blend it. Also, keep the drumstick stock aside to use in the soup.

In a pan, pour oil and add the minced garlic cloves and the tofu. Saute the two ingredients.

Then, add the chopped beans, carrots, bell peppers and onion.

Next, pour the moringa puree and moringa stock and mix well.

Then, add the seasonings like herbs, salt and black pepper. Your Moringa Soup is ready!
