1/2 onion 3-4 green chillies coriander leaves 1 inch ginger 5-6 garlic cloves 1/2 sprig curry leaves 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 1/2 tbsp of vinegar 7-8 tiger prawns Oil/ ghee

Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies into a blender with spice powders and salt.

Pour the vinegar and blend into a fine paste.

Add the freshly made green masala to your tiger prawns and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Add oil or ghee to a pan and saute for 5 minutes. Then add the marinated prawns.
