1 Cup Soya chunks 1/3 Cup Coriander leaves ¼ Cup Mint leaves 1 Onion 2 Boiled Potatoes 2-3 Tbsp Rice flour 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp Amchur powder ½ tsp Cumin powder ½ tsp Garam masala Oil Salt to taste 3-4 Parathas- You can use store bought flaky parathas or make your own 1 Onion thin sliced 1/3 cup green chutney(coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, lemon juice, cumin seeds, salt, curd) 2 tbsp chopped coriander 2 tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp tomato sauce 2 tbsp mayonnaise

First soak the soybeans in water and then squeeze the water out. Next, add soya chunks, onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves into a blender.

Then, add ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, boiled potato and spices to the coarsely ground soya mixture.

Shape the mixture into kebabs.

Then, pan-fry the soya kebabs till they turn golden-brown on both sides.

Finally, assemble the soya kebabs in a paratha with chopped veggies, herbs, spices and homemade chutneys. Your Soya Kebab Rolls are ready!
