Make Amla Haldi Kanji, a drink that is like tough love for your body. The recipe by Pratibha Dubey is a must-try to keep you healthy.

Ingredients 

- Amla -Kachhi haldi -Mustard seeds -Water -Green chillies -Salt

Step 1 

Roughly chop the amla into small pieces. Peel and chop the kachhi haldi into small pieces. Cut green chillies into slits.

Add all the ingredients into a massive glass jar. Pour water into it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Crush the mustard seeds with mortar and pestle.

Add the freshly made mustard powder into the glass jar with a little salt. Give it a good mix.
