Mouth-Watering Egg Recipe

• 3 bread slices   • 3 eggs • 2 tbsp milk • Salt • Black pepper powder • 1/4 tsp chilli powder • A pinch of turmeric powder • 1/2 onion • 2 tbsp ghee • 2 tsp mustard seeds • 1 sprig of curry leaves • 2 green chillies • Coriander leaves

• Whisk eggs, milk, black pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a bowl.

• Transfer the whisked egg mixture to a wide plate, dip bread slices, and coat both sides.

• Add some oil to a heated pan and fry the bread slices till they turn golden brown.

• Once done, prepare tadka tempering mustard seeds, green chillies, and curry leaves in ghee.
