Ingredients 

-High protein bread -1 cup of peas -100 gm of curd -Garlic cloves -Lemon juice -Salt -Pepper -Oregano -5 ml of extra virgin olive oil -Alfalfa sprouts -Paprika -Paneer

Step 1 

First, boil a cup of peas in water. Meanwhile, add 100 g of curd in a muslin cloth to make hung curd.

In a blender, add the boiled peas, hung curd, salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, pepper and oregano and blend to make a smooth paste.

Step 2 

Next, toast a slice of high protein bread. Spread the freshly made pea puree over the toast.

Finally, garnish the toast with grated paneer, sprouts and red bell pepper.
