- 6 Eggs - 4 Tomatoes -20 Cashew Nuts - 4 Tbsp of Oil -Whole Spices ( Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves ) -1 Tsp of Cumin Seeds - 2 Onions -1 Tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder - 2 Tsp of Kashmiri Chilli - 1 Tsp of Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp of Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp of Salt - 1 Cup of Water - 4 Green Chillies - 1 Tsp of Garam Masala -1 Tsp of Sugar -Kasuri Methi -Coriander Leaves

First, make a puree with tomatoes and cashews.

Then, add oils to a pan and add whole spices and saute well.

Add finely chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste and roast well.

Pour the tomato-cashew puree and keep and let it blend well with the onion masala. Add the spice powders, salt, green chillies, water and kasuri methi.

Break eggs into the gravy, close the lid and let it cook in its own steam. After 5 minutes, your Egg Lababdar is ready!
