- 2 Chicken Breasts - 1 cup of Dahi - 1 tbsp of Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp of Green Chilli paste - 2 tsp of Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp of Chaat Masala - 1 tsp of Garam Masala - Salt to taste - Cheese (grated) - Butter

First, cut the chicken breast into thin slices and flatten them by beating them with a rolling pin. And keep them aside.

Then, make the masala by mixing together ginger-garlic paste, chaat masala, garam masala, curd, green chillies paste, salt and pepper.

Marinate the chicken slices in this masala and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Next, stuff each marinated chicken slice with grated cheese and roll it. Secure each roll with a toothpick.

In a pan, heat butter and roast the rolled chicken kebabs in it till they turn golden brown. Garnish with coriander and melted butter. Your Dilkhush Kebabs are ready.
