Chilli Yoghurt Dip 

Chef Kunal Kapur took to Instagram  to share a delicious Chilli Yoghurt  Dip recipe that you can bring together  in no time!

Ingredients

400g yoghurt 4 tbsp spring onions 1.5 tbsp roasted peanuts Chopped coriander 1 tbsp chopped garlic Salt 1 tbsp chilli flakes Oil

Strain The Yoghurt 

1. Strain the yoghurt and let all the excess water drain out to get a smooth and creamy consistency. 2. Once done, add the creamy yoghurt in a bowl and add salt to taste. 3. Mix it well. 

Add In All The Ingredients

4. In another bowl, take spring onion, roasted peanuts, a handful of chopped coriander & finely chopped garlic. 5. Add salt and some chilli flakes to the bowl and set it aside.

Bring It Together

6. Now, take ¼ cup of oil in a pan and cook it for a few minutes. 7. Then, pour the hot oil over the spring onion mixture and give it a good mix.

8. Finally, pour the chilli mixture  over the yoghurt.
