New images offer a first look at the amenity roster at the St. Regis Residences, Miami, a luxury residential tower on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in South Brickell.
The development features interiors by Rockwell Group and marks the first South Florida residential project by the acclaimed Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA).
The release highlights more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including signature St. Regis social spaces—a cognac room, tea room, wine vaults—along with a private marina and a residents-only fine-dining restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi.
Additional spaces shown in the new materials span wellness, leisure, and family programming: a kid/teen lounge, chef’s table, multi-sport simulator with VR golf, media room/private theater, cold plunge, dual sauna and steam rooms, yoga and pilates studios, a fitness center, business center with coffee bar and conference rooms, a relaxation area and juice bar, and private poolside cabanas at a kidney-shaped infinity pool facing Biscayne Bay.
The tower is designed by RAMSA, introducing the firm’s first South Florida residential project to Miami. The architecture is described as timeless and calibrated for the Biscayne Bay setting and South Brickell neighborhood.
Rockwell Group designed the amenity interiors with references to Streamline Moderne — also known as “ocean liner style.” The scheme uses a coastal palette with azure accents, white travertine, and satin plaster, balancing cylindrical and linear forms with scalloped details.
A St. Regis cognac room, elegant tea room, and wine vaults anchor the social program, aligning with the brand’s legacy of private, club-like spaces.
A fine-dining restaurant exclusive to residents is led by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi. The amenity package also includes a chef’s table for private dining and events.
Event-ready lounges and the chef’s table enable private gatherings, tastings, and resident events within the building.
The 50-story tower includes 152 condominium residences, spanning sky villas, penthouses, and stand-alone garden villas, with services aligned to the brand’s five-star standards.
A residents-only marina provides direct bay access, expanding the building’s waterfront lifestyle beyond the pool deck and lounges.
Outdoors, a kidney-shaped infinity pool overlooks Biscayne Bay, lined with private cabanas. Stone portals frame the deck and connect to a waterfront juice bar.
A juice bar and adjacent relaxation area support daytime use of the pool deck and post-workout refreshment.
The spa includes private treatment rooms and a lap pool set beneath a rippling backlit ceiling designed to evoke an underwater effect.
Wellness facilities include a cold plunge alongside dual sauna and steam rooms, extending recovery and contrast-therapy options.
Residents have access to an expansive fitness center plus yoga and pilates studios, rounding out daily training and mobility work.
A programmable multi-sport simulator features virtual reality golf play, adding weather-proof practice and entertainment to the mix.
A media room/private theater supports screenings, televised events, and resident programming.
Family areas include a kids’ lounge and teen lounge. Playful niche portals in the children’s spaces nod to the project’s steamship-inspired design.
Coworking-style amenities include a business center, coffee bar, and conference rooms for private meetings and remote work.
Across amenity areas, white travertine and satin plaster are paired with azure tones that reference the bay and shoreline, consistent with the project’s coastal and Streamline Moderne cues.
The site sits on the South Brickell stretch of Biscayne Bay, positioning residents near Miami’s core while maintaining a waterfront residential environment.
