Digital creator Vinita Rathee (@mygardenofrecipes) took to Instagram to share a creamy Pistachio Milk Toast recipe that will give you approx. 25 g of protein.
60-80g paneer 40g pistachio Honey 1/4 cup water 1 cup milk Vanilla essence 4-6 bread slices Butter Chopped pistachio
1. Take paneer, pistachio, honey, and some water in a blender. 2. Blend till you get a creamy consistency.
3. In some milk, add vanilla essence and honey and give it a good stir. 4. Now, soak the bread slice in the milk.
5. Grease the pan with some butter and place the milk-soaked bread on it. 6. Cook well on both sides.
7. Then, add some honey to the bread and a dollop of the prepared paneer-pistachio cream, and spread it evenly. 8. Layer it with another piece of toasted bread and repeat.
And that’s it! Your Pistachio Milk Toast is ready to be devoured!
