Ingredients 

-Mushrooms (Chopped) - Butter -Seasonings of your choice

Step 1 

First. add your mushrooms to a dry pan and keep mixing on medium heat.

You will notice the mushrooms releasing water. Keep mixing till the water evaporates. 

Step 2

Then, add the butter and keep mixing. The mushrooms start glistening. 

Step 3

Add seasonings of your choice, give it a final mix and your Sauteed Mushrooms are ready, cooked in the right way.

Never start cooking your mushrooms with butter. Always cook them on a dry pan and later add butter.
