500 g of Prawn 1 tsp Turmeric Salt 1 Lemon (juice) 2 tbsp of Kashmiri mirch powder 1 tbsp of Dhaniya powder 1 tsp of Jeera powder 1 tsp of Chaat Masala 1 tsp of Amchur powder 1 tsp of Ajwain 1 tsp of Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste 1 egg white 2 tbsp of besan 1 tbsp of Corn Starch/ Rice Flour Water as required

Marinate the cleaned and devined prawns in the different spices and ginger-garlic paste.

Crush ajwain in your hands and add it as well.

Pour the lemon juice, besan, rice flour, egg white and water too and mix the prawns well.

Deep fry the batter- coated prawns in hot oil in medium to high heat.
