Janhvi Darji has a delicious Almond Cookie recipe that requires just 3 ingredients and no maida or sugar.

Ingredients 

-1 cup Almond flour -3 tablespoons honey /maple syrup - 2 tablespoons milk

Step 1 

First, mix together ingredients like almond flour, maple syrup and any milk of your choice. Also, pre-heat your oven to 180 °C and line a cookie sheet with parchment.

Keep mixing the ingredients in the bowl with a rubber spoon to make the cookie dough.

Step 2

Oil your hands and form shape small dough balls and  place them on the cookie sheet. Use your hands to flatten them and place full almonds over them.

Then, bake these cookies for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 °C until they are slightly golden and hard at the top.
