• 3-4 potatoes • 200 g panner • 1 tbsp chaat masala • Salt • 1 tbsp red chilli powder • Oregano • Chilli flakes • 1 tbsp amchur powder

• Start by washing, peeling, and slicing potatoes.

• Next, cut paneer into cubes and coat them with chaat masala, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, and amchur powder.

• Next, put a spicy paneer cube on a potato slice and use a toothpick to place it firmly.
