Chef Sanjeev Kapoor recently shared a recipe for Peri Peri Aloo Chips and it is just what you need for some weekend snacking.
Dry red chilli Bay leaf Jeera Black Pepper Coriander seeds Methi dana Saunf Salt Potatoes Oil (for frying)

1. Take some methi dana, jeera, black pepper, bay leaf, and dry red chilli in a pan and dry roast it for a few minutes.
2. Once done, transfer it to a blender and add the remaining ingredients. 3. Blender till you get a powder consistency.
4. Thinly slice potatoes in cold water and then pat them dry with a cloth.
5. Now, deep fry these sliced potatoes until crispy.
6. Now, add the peri peri masala to the chips and toss till it spreads evenly.
And that’s it, your homemade Peri Peri Aloo Chips are ready to enjoy!
