- 2 pink guavas -2-3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oik -1 tsp of coarse chilli powder -1/2 tsp of salt -juice of 1 lemon -1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper -1 tsp of chopped parsley -2-3 sliced pistachios -2 tsp of pumpkin seeds -2 tsp of feta cheese -3-4 dried cranberries -Sliced onion

First, thinly slice the pink guavas.

Make a quick vinaigrette dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chilli powder and parsley.

Add the guavas into the bowl with dressing. Toss them well and refrigerate it for a few hours.

Take the soaked guava slices out of the refrigerator and assemble the slices neatly on the plate.
