10-12 French beans 200 gm of water chestnuts Water as required 1 tsp of salt 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts 2-3 dried red chillies 1 tbsp of white sesame seeds 1-2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp of light soy sauce 1 tsp of sesame oil Handful of coriander leaves, finely chopped Handful of spring onions

First, cut the ends of the beans and cut them in stick shapes.

Then, boil the beans in salted water for 2 minutes. Later, strain and place them in a large bowl.

Peel and wash the waterchestnuts and add them to the bowl with beans.

In a blender, coarsely blitz the peanuts, red chillies, sesame seeds and add them to the bowl.

Then, add the flavoured sauces, coriander leaves, spring onions, crushed roasted peanuts, chilli flakes and grated garlic. Your Water Chestnut & French Beans Salad recipe is ready.
