-Figs -Lemon -Cinnamon Powder -Water -Jaggery

First, wash your figs and chop them into big pieces.

Then, add the chopped figs into a pan and squeeze lemon juice into it. Let it simmer on medium heat.

Then, add cinnamon powder and jaggery into the vessel.

Keep mixing till you get a thick, luscious spread. You can add a little water to adjust the consistency.

Once the mixture cools down, pour it into bottles. You can store the seasonal Anjeer Spread in the fridge for 3 months and without refrigeration, use it by up to 20 days.
