Chef Aruna Vijay recently shared an easy recipe for Shimla Mirchi Achar that you can prepare in just about 5 minutes and enjoy with roti, paratha, or thepla!
2 diced medium capsicum 4-5, chopped green chilli 1 tbsp amchur 1.5 tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp mustard powder Salt For tadka 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp Kalonji 1 tsp fennel seeds

1. Take some chopped capsicum and green chillies in a bowl.
2. Add all the spices to the bowl and give it all a good mix.
3. For the tadka, heat some oil and add kalonji and fennel seeds.
4. Pour the takda over capsicum-green chilli mix and mix everything well.
And that’s it! Your tangy and spicy Shimla Mirchi Achar is ready to be enjoyed!
