Ingredients

½ cup Nutri nuggets & Nutri keema 1 tbsp salt 2 green chillies 2 tbsp chopped ginger 1 bay leaf 2 dry red chilli 3 tbsp coriander seeds 1 ½ tbsp cumin 2 cinnamon sticks Nutmeg 4 green & black cardamom 5 black pepper 3 tbsp anardana 2 tsp ajwain 2 tsp kasoori methi 2 ½ tbsp amchur powder 3 tbsp ghee 1 tsp hing 1 cup chopped onion & capsicum 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 cups fresh tomato puree 1 tsp black salt Chopped coriander

Cook The Nutri

1. Take water in a pan and add soaked nutri nuggets and nutri keema along with some chopped ginger and green chilli. 2. Cook till the water comes to a boil. 3. Drain the excess water and set the cooked nutri aside.

Roast All The Spices 

4. In another pan take a bay leaf, dry red chilli, coriander seeds, cumin, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, green & black cardamom, black pepper, anardana, and ajwain. 5. Roast it for a few minutes and transfer it to a blender. 

Mix It Together 

6. Blend it well and transfer it to a bowl. 7. Now, add some kasoori methi and amchur powder to it and mix it well. 

Follow These Steps 

8. Take some ghee in a pan and add some hing, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, and capsicum to it. 9. Next, add some turmeric powder, red chilli powder & 3 tbsp of the prepared garam masala.

Bring It Together 

10. Add some tomato puree along with some black salt and give it a good mix.

Final Step 

11. Finally, add the Nutri mix along with some water and cook it for sometime. 12. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and your Amritsari-Style Nutri Ki Sabzi is ready to be served.
