Baked Pav Bhaji Dip

Ingredients

2 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Oil 5-6 garlic cloves 2 tsp grated ginger 2 Chillies 1 onion 3 tomatoes 2 tbsp chopped capsicum Kashmiri red chilli paste Kashmiri red chilli powder Turmeric Roasted jeera powder Black salt Pav bhaji masala 1 mashed boiled potato 2 -3 tbsp boiled green peas Chopped coriander 2-3 cheese cubes 2-3 tbsp milk

Baked Pav Bhaji Dip Recipe

1. In a pan, take 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil and cook it. 2. Then, add grated ginger, garlic, chopped onion, capsicum, and chillies to it and saute it.

Add In The Ingredients 

3. Next, add Kashmiri red chilli paste, all the spices, pav bhaji masala, and chopped tomatoes and cook it well. 

Follow These Steps

4. Now, add some mashed potatoes and peas to the pan. 5. Pour in some water, give it a good mix, and cover the pan with a lid. 6. Let it cook for some time. 

Continue Following These Steps 

7. Now, mash all the ingredients. 8. Add some chopped coriander and butter on top. 9. Your pav bhaji is ready. Transfer it to a microwave-safe dish. 

Time To Bake

9. Make a cheese sauce by mixing 2-3 cubes of melted cheese with some milk. 10. Spread it all over the pav bhaji and bake it in the oven till it's golden brown.
