4-5 Thick Green Chillies 1/2 cup of Dahi / Yogurt 1/4 cup of Roasted Peanut powder (coarse) 1 tbsp of Amchur powder 1 tsp of Red chilli powder(adjust to your liking) 1 tsp of Haldi powder 1 tsp of Garam Masala Salt to taste 2-3 tbsp of Oil/Ghee 1 tsp of mustard seeds 1 tsp of Jeera Pinch of hing 2-3 garlic cloves (crushed) 1/2 tbsp of Saunf Pinch of Haldi

First, roast the green chillies over a medium flame until the chillies soften.

Then, peel off the charred skin and chop the green chillies.

Then, mix the spices and peanut powder with curd.

Add the chopped green chillies to the curd.

Add a tadka of ghee, mustard seeds, hing, jeera, crushed garlic, haldi and saunf into the curd-chilli mixture. Your Burnt Dahi Mirchi is ready.
