Chef Saransh Goila shared a Desi Grilled Cheese Toastie recipe, and it is a cheesy heaven on a plate!
1 tbsp ghee 2 sliced onions 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 chopped green chilli Chopped fresh coriander ¼ tsp sugar Butter 2 slices of bread Grated cheddar cheese
1. In a pan, take some ghee and add sliced onions and chopped garlic to it. 2. Sauté till translucent & add salt 3. Mix well.
4. Now, add some chopped green chilli, a handful of fresh coriander, and some sugar to the pan. 5. Mix well and cook until softened.
6. In another pan, add some butter and place a slice of bread on it. 7. Add 2 tbsp cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp of cooked onion mix.
8. Then, add another layer of cheese and place the second slice of bread on top. 9. Add some butter on top, flip, and cook on low heat until brown.
Slice and dig in, your Desi Grilled Cheese Toastie is ready to be enjoyed!
