Crab lovers, make Creamy Butter Garlic Crab cooked in coconut milk, a recipe by MuchFoodGoa.

2-3 big size crabs 1 bulb of garlic ( chopped finely) 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (finely chopped) Chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp of butter 1/2 cup of coconut milk 1 tbsp of maida 1/4 tsp of pepper powder Salt to taste 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder 1/2 cup of water

First, clean and cut the crabs and transfer them into a kadai with turmeric powder, salt and a little water.

Let the pieces boil till they are cooked. Strain the crab juices and keep the pieces aside.

In a separate pan, add butter, chilli and garlic and saute till its aromatic. Then, add chopped onions and cook till they are translucent.

Then, add the maida and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Pour the crab juice and coconut milk too and cook till it thickens.

Next, add the cooked crabs, pepper powder, coriander leaves, salt and pepper. Adjust the consistency with water. Your Creamy Butter Garlic Crab is ready!
