Digital creator and health coach Digvijay Singh (@digvijaylifestyle) shared an easy and high-protein Veg Galouti Kebab recipe and you need to try it right away.
35g soya chunks 50g low-fat paneer 1.5 tbsp garam masala Red chilli powder 10-12 cloves of garlic Salt 1 chopped onion 1 tsp ghee Walnuts

1. Start by taking some ghee in a pan. 2. Add some onions and saute them well. 3. Then, add some garlic, red chilli powder, garam masala, and some water.
4. Now, add some soaked soya chunks, paneer, and salt. 5. Saute well.
6. Take it off the heat and transfer it into a blender. 7. Grind to make a thick paste. 8. Shape them like a kebab.
8. On a tawa, cook the kebabs well on both sides.
And that’s it. Your vegetarian Galouti Kebabs are ready to be served and enjoyed!
