• Start by soaking soya keema. Drain and transfer them into a mixer grinder.

• Next, add chopped carrot, chopped French beans, green peas, paneer, coriander leaves, mint, fried onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, and loads of spices.

The spices used in this recipe are: • Coriander powder • Bhuna jeera powder • Black pepper powder • Chaat masala • Kitchen king masala • Salt • Cardamom powder • Cinnamon powder • Nutmeg powder

• Add butter and blend all ingredients to get a smooth mixture.

• Take a skewer or a chopstick and shape the mixture into seekh kebabs.

• Add some ghee to a pan and cook each kebab nicely.

Lastly, slit a toasted hot dog bun and add mint chutney, dahi chutney, fried onions. kachumber, one seekh kebab, sriracha sauce, and jalapenos. Once done, savour homemade Veg Bun Seekh Roll and enjoy.
